About Us
Money Nuts & Bolts Inc. is an Ontario-based online consulting and coaching company that helps women therapists and health practitioners learn the money skills they need to not just survive, but thrive in their private practices. We serve clients primarily in the United States and Canada.
Our company is run by therapist turned money coach, Linzy Bonham, who bridges the knowledge gap that so many health practitioners have when it comes to money.
Our students include mental health therapists, speech language pathologists, coaches, massage therapists, acupuncturists, dietitians, nutritionists, tutors, and more! Our offerings are designed for any feminist individual running a service-based business.
People come to us because, even though they run successful private or group practices, their hard-earned money seems to disappear without a trace. Often, the overwhelming nature of dealing with finances leads them to avoid it altogether. This also means that we cater to an audience that is not looking for us because they are not solution aware.

Your Primary Job:
The main responsibility of this role is to generate leads and sales. You must have a passion for selling and connecting with potential customers to expand our audience.
But let’s dive deeper into what you’ll ACTUALLY be doing…
IMPORTANT NOTE: There’s a lot of moving pieces for this position, and we don’t expect you to be able to do it all perfectly from day 1. In fact, we won’t even ask you to do it all starting on day 1.
Instead, you’ll first be tasked with taking ownership over the items under heading #1 and 2. Then, once you’ve got those mastered, we’ll add on #3, then #4, etc.
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
1) Take the lead on our marketing strategy, and create marketing materials in collaboration with our copywriter.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate leads and sales
  • Support the launch of a new evergreen sales funnel
  • Coordinate social media campaigns, including regular weekly posts
  • Manage paid ads campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
  • Conduct testing, including audience targeting, A/B testing of ad copy, creative elements
  • Create compelling sales emails, and social media ads in coordination with our Operations Coordinator and our copywriter
  • Create new Opt-In offers and lead generation funnels
  • Coordinate launches, content creation, paid ads, and regular marketing emails
  • Organize and manage an annual Summit to generate new leads and nurture affiliate relationships
2) Gather and initiate analysis of marketing and sales related metrics on a weekly basis
3) Coordinate Podcast Marketing
  • Reach out to other podcasts to book our CEO as their guest
  • Create and update dynamic podcast ads
4) Nurture existing and establish new affiliate relationships
  • Connect with other professionals and associations that serve our target audience, to establish new affiliate and joint venture relationships
  • Roll out affiliate marketing program for program graduates
5) Grow and nurture our cold audience and generate leads
  • Work with our copywriter to generate nurturing email campaigns for our audience
  • Respond to comments and direct messages on social media channels to help potential students along in the sales funnel and close sales
  • Reply to potential client inquiries or questions via email, help them along the sales funnel and close sales
Ideal Qualifications

– Experience with lead generation, working with an an online teaching or coaching business
– Experience in sales and social media marketing
– Well-rounded knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Asana, Canva, Calendly, and Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc. (Bonus points if you also know your way around Active Campaign, Easy Webinar, Elementor, Zapier and/or Mighty Networks)

The ability to meet with team members and respond to social media inquiries Monday through Thursday during business hours in Eastern Standard Time
Compensation Details
This is a full-time position in our 4-day workweek company. You are expected to participate in weekly team meetings and manage and complete your tasks independently. You will work independently and be generally available Monday through Thursday, 9am – 4pm ET.
Compensation for this position starts at $50,000 (CAD) annually, to be negotiated based on experience and skill level.
Benefits include:
