My name is Linzy. I started my private practice in 2014.
After burning out in a stressful agency job, I was so happy to be doing the work I loved on my own terms!
But the business side of things? I admit, I was more than a little lost.
(Maybe you can relate?)
Luckily, I had a leg-up. I’m the daughter of an accountant, so I knew where to start. I figured out how to build a healthy business that pays for my life — and always has extra money in the bank.
After years of watching my super-skilled colleagues struggle, I knew I could make a difference. You don’t have to abandon your private practice. Or avoid starting one!
I coach and counsel therapists through money blocks so YOUR private practice succeeds. Imagine your personal life being at least as full as your client calendars!
I’m excited to share this free training with you. You’ll get clear on money and begin to THRIVE in your private practice!
I’m no longer hoarding money in
the business through scarcity fears and have a balance between taking care of the business and myself.
I know how to project and
review my finances, how to set my paycheck, how to use profit first (though more growth will happen in this over time) and how to save for Paid Time Off. I’ve been relieved of the ‘requirement’ of spreadsheets. I’m confident in using YNAB and in accessing the tools I need.

The course content was presented in a clear fashion and was informative. The community aspect was very impactful for me. My accountability buddy has been a very beneficial part of the course – I didn’t realize how helpful this relationship would be.
The seminars and workshops (again, the community aspect) made a big difference in my ability to confront fears, shame, and questions about money.

The biggest win, I have to say, is that when I worked with my accountant at the end of the year, I actually had the money to give her in taxes.
There wasn’t panic, there wasn’t stress about how to come up with 10,000 more dollars or 20,000 more dollars?
Oh my gosh, I had my 33% there and handed it right off and it was really validating!

I’m more confident. I better understand some of my stories and how they were operating in my business. I have a spreadsheet that I understand and can use to track spending and can use to budget.
I’ve also built the habit of spending time with my finances daily/weekly/monthly.

I appreciated how it was such a wonderful mixture of number crunching and looking at the reality of things as well as dreaming
for what things would be.
I also appreciated the honesty that was shared by participants as we discussed the shame there can be around money.
